The following steps outline how to create more than one project source in Strategy 9.x and 10.x using a response file:
Use the following example to create the response file. The file must be saved with a .ini extension. In this example, the first project source will be named "First3Tier" and is a 3-Tier Project Source connecting to the Intelligence Server running on "Server1" and port 34952. The second project source will be named "Second3Tier" and is a 3-Tier project source connecting to a server named "Server2" and port 34952. The third project source will be named "First2Tier" and is a 2-Tier project source connecting to a database using DSN "TestDSN".

In this example the 2-tier project source can only be applied on Windows. The reason for this is that in UNIX/Linux only 3-Tier project sources can be created.
If Windows is being used or a GUI for a UNIX/Linux operating system is available, launch the Strategy Configuration Wizard and click on 'Load':

Select the file and click 'Finish':

If there is no GUI in a UNIX/Linux operating system, users should launch the configuration wizard using './mstrcfgwiz-editor' and select to use a response file.
