SYMPTOM:
A file based Strategy Narrowcast 9.x service fails to deliver content to the specified file location. The DElog file outputs the following error message:

Temporary delivery failure: Invalid directory: xxx...
CAUSE:
The system account that is being used to run the Distribution Manager service does not have access to the remote file location.
ACTION:
Use a domain account with sufficient access to the remote file location.
