SYMPTOM:
When trying to use Strategy Object Manager 10.x to migrate System Objects across metadatas, the error below is thrown:
Sample Code/Error
You do not have the licenses or privileges to move '<Column name>'
This is regardless of the user having all required privileges and licenses to use Strategy Object Manager.
CAUSE:
This error is caused when a project is copied by making a copy of the Metadata tables instead of using the Project Duplication wizard.
ACTION:
Go to Project Configuration, and change the description of either the source or destination project, it should now be possible to migrate objects between the two projects.
