SYMPTOM
In Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x, a document which is scheduled for delivery does not get delivered and there are no errors in the DSSErrors pertaining to this delivery.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

In the project configuration editor, set the governing limit for the number of scheduled jobs to 2, as shown below.

Create a report services document with 3 datasets.
Schedule this document for delivery to history list or email using a time based or event based schedule. Also request a delivery notification email (the notification is only to demonstrate the issue and not a required step in reproducing the issue).
Trigger the event to run the schedule (or use the required time based schedule).
