KB319361: Caches created by cache update subscription are not hit when the user executes the document on MicroStrategy Web 10.4.

SYMPTOM: 
The cache created by cache update subscription is not hit when the user executes the document in Strategy Web 10.4, while, instead, a new document cache is created on Intelligence Server.
STEP TO REPRODUCE:

• From Web, create a cache update subscription for a Document, and use the delivery format "Express XML".
  

• Trigger the subscription created in above step, and go to Document cache monitor to confirm the Document cache is created as expected.
  

• From Web, execute the same Document.
• Go to Document cache monitor,and find the document XML cache created by Subscription is not hit, while, instead, a new document cache is created on Intelligence Server.
  

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy 10.4 and earlier versions. 
ACTION:
This defect has been fixed in 10.4.1 and 10.5 version. Update to take the fix.
