SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 10.x, when in folder list view, right mouse click on any of the report/folder/dashboard/document, nothing appears.
CAUSE:
One of the possible cause is that object names or object descriptions contains invalid characters like line break.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Using Browser's Developer tool, in Console, find the problematic code line. Follow this line to the HTML page source, check if there is any abnormal line break, as shown in below: (put it in word, you can clearly see the line break symbol between the report names)
ACTION:
Rename the objects to remove the invalid characters.
