KB319724: Unchecking the "Export Page-By Information" setting does not work when exporting reports to HTML in MicroStrategy Web 10.x

SUMMARY:
This Technical Note describes an issue in which users still have Page-By information exported to HTML when exporting reports to file through a file subscription. 
 
SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 10.x, when the "Burst" feature is used to export a report into separate HTML files by an attritube, the Page-By information is still exported even after unchecking the "Export Page-By Information".
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Log into Strategy Web.
2) Go Preferences.

3) Go to Export Reports and uncheck the "Export to Page-By Information" setting under Export HTML documents.

4) Select the Page-By attribute to "Burst" on and export a report to file through a file subscription.

5) The Page-By information is still exported as shown below.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue that has been identified in Strategy Web 10.x. The "Export Report Title" setting works as expected as the report title will be removed if this setting is unchecked.
 
The Strategy Internal Reference Number for the issue discussed in this technical note is DE46111.
 
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
