Why is this happening? The error in this instance was caused by additional Ad-Aware programs being installed on the same machine as the Strategy product.

Solution:

Uninstalling Ad-Aware software ,or any Ad-Aware extensions, such as Reflector2 (an airplay mirroring application) will resolve the issue and the error message should cease from appearing.
NOTE:  An exhaustive list of Ad-Aware software that can cause this issue with Strategy is not available.  If users begin experiencing this issue, check if any new software which is Ad-Aware has been installed on the affected machine around the same time the issue began occurring.
