SYMPTOM:
Dynamic Address List cannot be identified as a contact in Command Manager 10.4. Create subscription command line fails if using a Dynamic Address List as a contact.
CAUSE:
This is a known limitation in Strategy Command Manager 10.4.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
WORKAROUND
Currently, you can create the dynamic address list from Web by following below Knowledge Base article:
