CAUSE:
The Memory Ram space dedicated to the Object Cache is full and it is no longer possible to generate more Object Cache.

ACTION:
There are two options where the first option is based on the idea of releasing Memory Ram space in order to create new Object Caches and the second option is based on the idea of increasing the Memory Ram Space in order to have a higher number of Object Caches in Memory.

First option:
Follow the steps below in order to clean all Object Caches:

  1. Login into the Strategy Desktop.
  2. Expand the affected Project.
  3. Go to Administration Menu.
  4. Click on item Projects and select the option Purge Object Caches.

Second option:
Follow the steps below in order to increase the Object Cache Space:

  1. Login into the Strategy Desktop.
  2. Expand the affected Project.
  3. Go to Administration Menu.
  4. Click on item Projects.
  5. Select the option Configuration Project.
  6. Go to the sub menu Caching.
  7. Select the option Objects.
  8. Increase both the Maximum Ram Usage for Server and Client.

Note: For more information regarding this configuration, refer to the following Strategy Knowledge Base document: KB30246: What is an object cache and how is it calculated in MicroStrategy 9
