KB322805: "Valid values for Maximum Parallel Queries Per Report are between 0 and 0" error message is displayed when you try to set the VLDB Property ‘MAXIMUM Parallel Queries Per REPORT’ for a Project using Command Manager in MicroStrategy Enterprise 10.

SYMPTOM 
In Strategy Command Manager 10.4 when using the 'ALTER VLDBSETTING PROPERTYNAME' syntax to change the current value setting for the ‘Maximum Parallel Queries Per Report’ you will get an error statement "Valid values for Maxiumum Parallel Queries Per Report are between 0 and 0" like shown below.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Execute below syntax in Command Manager to display the VLDB Settings for the project:
LIST VLDBSETTING FOR PROJECT ‘Strategy Tutorial’;
 2. Then, execute the following syntax in Command Manager: 
ALTER VLDBSETTING PROPERTYNAME “Maximum Parallel Queries Per Report” PROPERTYVALUE “3” FOR PROJECT “Strategy Tutorial”;
 
CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Command Manager 10.4. The Strategy Internal Reference Number for the issue is DE38117.
 
ACTION
Currently the Strategy internal teams are reviewing the possibility to add this fix in the future Strategy versions. Please contact Strategy Support for an update on the fix request.
