The export option "Plain Text" is always selected when exporting via the export icon from the grid report results, no matter what default user has set in the web preferences in MicroStrategy Web.

SYMPTOM:

If a user runs a grid report and tries to export it from the export icon , some users may find that no matter what default has been set for the user in the preferences, the option "Plain text" is pre-selected.
