When installing MicroStrategy 9.x, the installation hangs at "Installing Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0".

SYMPTOM:
When installing Strategy 9.x, the installation hangs at "Installing Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0".

CAUSE:
This issue may occur when "Strategy Office" is selected as a component to install.
 
ACTION:
Uncheck "Strategy Office" when choosing components to install. Finish the installation process then install "Strategy Office" at later time from Strategy Web.
