SYMPTOM:
When running the Strategy Configuration Wizard on a Windows 2008 64-bit platform, the 'Strategy Intelligence Server' option is disabled, as shown below:
CAUSE:
Strategy was installed using an Enterprise (non-Universal) license key. Enterprise license keys allow the installation of the 32-bit version of the Strategy products only.
ACTION:
When running on a 64-bit platform, a Universal license key is required. Obtain a Universal license key before installing Strategy Intelligence Server on a 64-bit operating system.
