SYMPTOM:
When duplicating a project through the Project duplication Wizard in Strategy Developer 9.x, the process is interrupted and throws the error below:
Sample Code/Error
Configuration object 'CASTOR_SERVER_CONFIGURATION' with ID 'XXX' cannot be modified because it is in use by '<user>' on '<machine>' since MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS. Please contact your administrator for more information.
CAUSE:
The configuration object being duplicated is being edited by a user at the same time. In Strategy 9.x, the project duplication process does not lock the configuration. Only the source and destination projects are locked on the project level.
ACTION:
Avoid editing configuration objects while a project is being duplicated.
