At times, it might be required that an initialization parameter is set in a data source name (DSN) for the Sybase Wire Protocol driver in Strategy Intelligence Server Universal 10.x. This can be accomplished by manually setting the 'InitializationString' option in the odbc.ini entry for the DSN.
For example, to use the initialization parameter 'SET ANSI NULL OFF' for the DSN, the entry in the odbc.ini file should be modified as follows:

Description=Strategy ODBC Driver for Sybase ASE Wire Protocol
