SYMPTOM:
Strategy Mobile users can open WebDAV external folders via URL API.
The URL API works well in the online mode. However, it will go to a subscription page in the offline mode of Strategy Mobile 10.6.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Configure WebDAV as per KB45435.
2) Create a WebDAV external folder in Developer.
3) Create a document and use the URL API mstr://?evt=2002&folderID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to open the external folder.
4) Test this link in the online mode of Strategy Mobile 10.6, which works fine.
5) Switch to offline mode in Strategy Mobile 10.6, the link can only lead to subscription page.
CAUSE:
This is known issue in Strategy Mobile 10.6
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
