SYMPTOM:
Consider a scenario in which a specific Strategy user or group is denied access to schedule objects in Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x and newer versions, as shown:

If the user or group has any existing Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x and newer version subscriptions which use this schedule, those subscriptions will continue to execute. However, no new subscriptions can be created by the user or users belonging to the group using which was denied access.
CAUSE:
The Access Control List (ACL) for schedule objects is only checked at the time of creating the Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x and newer version subscription, and not during the execution.
Note: This also applies to schedules and subscriptions which have been migrated from Strategy Narrowcast Server 8.1.x to Strategy Distribution Services 9.x as per the following Strategy Knowledge Base technical note:
KB30088: Migrating Web Deliveries subscriptions from Narrowcast Server 8.1.x to Distribution Services 9.0
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
