Consider that a user has configured multiple address under her own account. This user then sets up a subscription for a report and chooses to deliver the report to several of these addresses which are tied to their account. When the subscription executes on the MicroStrategy Intelligence Server 10.x, a separate job executes for each individual address that was subscribed

SYMPTOM:
Consider that a user has configured multiple addresses under its own account. This user then sets up a subscription for a report and chooses to deliver the report to several of these addresses which are tied to her account:

When the subscription executes on the Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x, a separate job executes for each individual address that was subscribed. This can be confirmed by checking the Job Monitor:

CAUSE:
This is working as designed with Strategy Intelligence Server 10.x. An enhancement request has been raised to have the ability to run just one job for all recipients.

ACTION:
Please upgrade to Strategy 10.11 to benefit from the feature Job Bucketing for Distribution Services Subscriptions which helps to address the issue on this KB article.
