Follow the steps below to configure Strategy Distribution Services to send an email to multiple email addresses associated with a single Strategy user.
1. Define the email addresses under Distribution Services in the User Editor, see below screenshot:
2. Run the desired report in Strategy Web and go to Home > Send Now to send the report to a specific user. Notice that the 'Send Now' window allows to send the email to one email address selected in the drop down list.
3. To enable delivery to multiple addresses, click on the 'To' button as shown in the screenshot below
4. When the 'Recipients Browser' window is displayed, multiple email addresses can be selected as shown in the image below
