SYMPTOM:
Users may find that after performing a new install of the Strategy Intelligence Server on SUSE Linux, that one of the following errors may be seen when trying to launch any Strategy tools such as the Connectivity Wizard:

java: symbol lookup error: /opt/MicroStrategy/lib/libM8Curl.so: undefinded symbol: GSS_C_NT_HOSTBASED_SERVICE

java: error while loading shared libraries: libgssapi_krb5.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
CAUSE:
The Strategy product has a platform dependency on the Kerberos libraries on SUSE Linux. If the packages providing the kerberos libraries are not installed on the machine, the error messages shown above may be seen.
ACTION:
Users should install the appropriate kerberos packages for their operating system platform and version. For example, for SUSE 10 SP2, the kerberos packages are: krb5-32bit-1.4.3-19.34.x86_64.rpm and krb5-1.4.3-19.34.x86_64.rpm
