SYMPTOM:
User is not able to drag objects into the Report Filter section of a report in design mode in Strategy Web 9.0.1. When trying to modify the reports with existing filters, the report filter area is empty was shown in the image below
CAUSE:
This behavior is observed when the user trying to edit the report does not have the required privilege to edit report filters.
ACTION:
Make sure that the user is granted the 'Web use filter editor' privilege as shown in the image below
