KB33447: A Report Services document prints out in "Letter" paper size, even though it is saved as ‘Legal’ paper size, in MicroStrategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x.

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy 9.4.1 and 10.x, even though a Report Services document is saved as "Legal" paper size, it still prints out in "Letter" paper size.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The following steps were used to reproduce the issue in Strategy Tutorial:

• Create a report with Country, Region, and Revenue
• Add this report to a Report Services document.
• Go to File-> Page Setup-> choose ‘Legal’ as the paper size as seen below:
  

 
     4.   Export this document to PDF and go to File-> Print.
     5.   As seen below, the print preview still shows ‘Letter’ paper size:
          

 
ACTION:
In order to print the document in ‘Legal’ paper size, simply enable the option ‘Choose paper source by PDF page size’ seen below.  Once this setting is enabled, the document will print as Legal paper size.
