It is not possible to create a schedule to execute reports on the last day of the each month in Strategy Developer.
As a workaround, define the schedule in monthly basis, as shown below:
Note for the first schedule, a 31st day of the month has been created to represent the last day of the month in Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Aug, Oct, and Dec.
