SYMPTOM:
 
MSIXML: Server "servername" not connected..   error received when trying to load report using Strategy Web Part 9.0.1. and when the specified Intelligence Server is indeed connected to the Web Server.

CAUSE:
 
The Intelligence Server Port number was specified incorrectly in the Strategy Web Part preference.
 
ACTION:
 
Please update the Intelligence Server Port number with the correct port number.
