When the user clicks "Health Center Update" in Strategy Health Center console, the error below occurs:

CAUSE:Strategy Health Center Update uses the HTTPS protocol to check and download the latest update from the Strategy Health Center web server. In some cases, if the internal network uses a proxy server to control the HTTPS protocol, then the Master Health Agent cannot talk to the Strategy Health Center web server.
ACTION:Use the steps below to configure the Master Health Agent to use a proxy server:
- Launch the Health Center Configuration Wizard.
- Choose to configure Master Health Agent.
- Keep moving next until the "HTTPS Proxy Server Settings" dialog displays.
