SYMPTOM:
When opening the OLAP Cube Catalog for SAP BW Database Instance in Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x, the following error message is returned:
Importing operation from an external source are no longer allowed when the connection language has been changed (by the Strategy user)
ACTION:
In Database Connection of the SAP BW Database Instance, change the language to the SAP BW user default language.
