CAUSE:One of the possible causes is that the 'Connectivity Settings' page contains invalid parameters. This could include issues like the server name is incorrect, the port number is incorrect, etc.
ACTION:Make sure all the parameters under the 'Connectivity Settings' contains the correct values. Once the Mobile Server recognizes the values are correct and can connect to the Intelligence Server, the error should be resolved.
