SYMPTOM:
When running a Strategy Command Manager 9.x and 10.x script to create an email Subscription with a link to History, the resulting email does not contain a link to the History List message. Additionally, the History List message is not created by the subscription.

CREATE EMAILSUBSCRIPTION 'TEST' FOR OWNER 'User' CONTACT 'Test' SCHEDULE 'TEST' CONTENT 'Test Report' IN FOLDER '\Public Objects' IN PROJECT 'Strategy Tutorial' DELIVERYFORMAT PLAINTEXT FILENAME '' SUBJECT 'Subject' INCLUDELINK TRUE SENDTOHISTORYLIST TRUE HISTORYLINKWEBSERVER '';
If the resulting Subscription is edited from the Strategy Web 9.x and 10.x interface, the option "Data and link to History in email" is selected.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy 9.x and 10.x.
