This knowledge base article documents why in MicroStrategy Command Manager the command "ADD WHTABLE" and "UPDATE STRUCTURE FOR WHTABLE" fails to find a table user tries to add when implementing multisource functionality.

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Command Manager 9.4.x-10.x  the script ADD WHTABLE and UPDATE STRUCTURE FOR WHTABLE fails to find a table specified when using multisource functionality and the table does not exist in all the databases being used.
 
CAUSE:
This script does not support multisourcing when used in Strategy Command Manager 9.4.x-10.x.
 
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update regarding this issue.
