SYMPTOM:
When users have Trusted authentication enabled along with "Login first and then show projects" option selected in the Strategy Web Admin page, using External Security Module to login to Strategy will throw the following error:

Error:
The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error.
(Invalid operation in authentication due to one of the following: connection to the database server is lost; no available memory; the configuration is in an inconsistent state.)
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Web version 9.0.1. This issue happens if the user ID is not found in the HTTP header and ESM fails when it tries to create the login first container session to access the projects page.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed to Strategy Web 9.2.0. Upgrade to 9.2.0 or later to take advantage of the fix.
WORKAROUND:
Select "Show projects and then login" option on the Strategy Web Admin page.
