Users receive the error message "There is a registered trusted web server with name "WEBSERVERNAME"" when trying to establish a trusted relationship between the Web Server and the Intelligence Server in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.1 and above,

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.4.1 and above, users receive an error message "There is a registered trusted web server with name "WEBSERVERNAME"" when trying to establish a trusted relationship between the Web Server and the Intelligence Server.
 
CAUSE:
The trusted relationship under the old Web Application server name is existed in the Metadata. Hence, a new entry can not be created under the same name.
 
ACTION:
Create a new trust relationship with a completely different "Web Application Server" name. The name can be even "HelloWorld".
