SYMPTOM:
When creating a 3-tier project source in Strategy Universal Configuration Wizard 9.x on UNIX/Linux, the following warning message is seen after specifying the machine name and port number:

A Strategy Intelligence Server was not found at this location. Would you like to use this machine name anyway?
This warning can be seen even if an Intelligence Server is running at this machine name and port number.
CAUSE:
The Strategy Listener service is not running on the Intelligence Server machine. The Strategy Configuration Wizard tries to connect to the Listener on the Intelligence Server machine to determine what Intelligence Servers are running.
ACTION:
This warning can be ignored if the user is certain a Strategy Intelligence Server is or will be running on the specified machine name and port number.
To make this warning is not be displayed, ensure that the Strategy Listener service is running on the Intelligence Server machine.
