With increasing security concerns, users may want to disable exporting functionality for certain Report Services Documents that may contain confidential information. In Strategy Web 9.0.x, this can be done at the document level. Follow the instruction below to prohibit users from exporting a specific document:
1. Open the Report Services Document in design view.
2. From the Tools menu, select Document Properties.
3. In the Document Properties -> Document section, uncheck all available export formats.
4. Apply the settings, and the document will no longer be able to be exported from Web.
These instructions apply only to Report Services Documents.
