SYMPTOM
When accessing the main Strategy Developer 9.x -> menu -> Administration > Scheduling, the options Schedule Administration Tasks and Subscription Creation Wizard are grayed out.
CAUSE
One Possible cause for this issue is the Use Strategy Scheduler option that is unchecked at Strategy Intelligence Server configuration level as shown below:
ACTION
Navigate to Administration section in the Strategy Developer Main Menu and select Server > Configure Strategy Intelligence Server option. In the Advanced section under Server Definition category check the option Use Strategy Scheduler Scheduler
