KB35437: "String index out of range: -1" error message appears in JVM Maximum Heap Size Health Center system check under Web Universal ASPx

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Health Center, under Web Universal ASPx product, the system check "JVM Maximum Heap Size" displays as below:

String index out of range: -1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicroStrategy\JNI Bridge\Configuration\JVM Options

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\MicroStrategy\JNI Bridge 64\Configuration\JVM Options

1. Go to start > run and type "regedit"
2. Navigate to the path below:
   for 32-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicroStrategy\JNI Bridge\Configuration\JVM Options
   for 64-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\MicroStrategy\JNI Bridge 64\Configuration\JVM Options
   
3. Set the value to "512M"
   
4. Refresh JVM Maximum Heap Size system check.
