How to enable/ disable the comments dialog box for change journaling. 
 
Follow the next steps to  enable/ disable the comments dialog box for change journaling in Strategy Developer 9.x:

  1. Navigate to 'Optional Actions' by Clicking "Tools" > "Desktop Preferences" > "Optional Actions"
  2. Select  "Display change journal comments input dialog" as shown in the image below:
