SYMPTOM
Scheduled report and/or document caches created by one cluster node do not appear in the Cache Monitor of another cluster node after the subscriptions get triggered in a clustered environment in Strategy 9.4.x - 10.x.
CAUSE
This is working as expected. In a Strategy 9.4.x - 10.x clustered environments, when reports/documents are cached by one cluster node, they will appear in the Cache Monitor of the same cluster node and will not appear in the Cache Monitor of other cluster nodes. However, the cache is still available for use by other cluster nodes.
ACTION
There is no action to be taken as this is working as expected. In order to see all report caches within a cluster node, a separate project source has to be created within Strategy Developer for each cluster node. The report caches within each cluster node can now be administered separately using the same instance of the Strategy Developer application.
