SYMPTOM:
Usually this kind of error does not show any symptom and it does not show a message on the Strategy Desktop or Web GUI. Sometimes this error message is seen by the users while troubleshooting a different issue. This error message is getting logged into the DSSErrors log:

CAUSE:
This message indicates that the History List messages cannot be created because the Maximum number of History List Messages per user has been reached. Users should address the cause of this message by suitably increasing the related setting
The value of the setting is also recorded in the DSSErrors log. Strategy Intelligence Server logs an entry indicating the value of this setting during the "PrintServerDef" process of the Intelligence Server startup sequence as shown below (or they could check the value of the setting in the Strategy Intelligence Server Configuration in Desktop):

ACTION:
User should increase the Maximum number of messages per user setting accordingly on the Intelligence Server Configuration. Users can find this setting under: Intelligence Server Configuration > History settings > General > History settings.
