In Strategy Health Center, the Directories Available Space system check under Intelligence Server shows multiple records for Cube and Cache directories as shown below.
Strategy Health Center runs this system check for all the projects, loaded as well as unloaded under the project source. In this case, as shown below, one of the Cache records corresponds to loaded project "Strategy Tutorial".
And the other Cache record corresponds to the unloaded project "My First Project" as shown below.
Hence, if Health Center is throwing the error for this system check, verify the location and available space for all the projects (loaded as well as unloaded) under the project source.
