“Index out of range” error occurs when trying to create projects from MicroStrategy Command Manager and MicroStrategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x after the 256 project limit is exceeded.

SYMPTOM
When trying to create projects from Strategy Command Manager and Strategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x,  the following error occurs:

No object with ID 00000000000000000000000000 found, But error ignored.

Index out of range

 
Note that error message occurs after 256 projects are created on a single I-Server session. Even if one project is deleted afterward, it is not possible to create new projects
 
CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Intelligence Server 9.4.1 and 10.x. 
 
ACTION
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on this issue.
 
WORKADOUND
Restart the Intelligence Server before continuing to create projects.
