KB36052: Different projects have the same schema ID in MicroStrategy 9.4.x-10.x

Users created two new projects in MicroStrategy Developer 9.4.x-10.x, these two projects have the same Schema ID

SYMPTOM:
Users created two new projects in Strategy Developer 9.4.x-10.x, these two projects have the same Schema ID as shown below:

CAUSE:
This is working as designed. For all projects created in Strategy Developer 9.4.x-10.x, they all have the same Schema ID "A92B4BC0131145A0A2BE3DCD5D77F57C".  The Schema ID as well as other System IDs are hardcoded.
