SYMPTOM:
Intelligence Servers and Projects are duplicated on the Strategy Web Administrator page and on the Project page in Strategy Web 9.x.
CAUSE:
This issue may be caused by the Intelligence Server having multiple network cards installed. If the machine name can refer to multiple IP addresses, the Web server will connect to all of them.
ACTION:
Modify the Web Server hosts file to specify which IP address the machine name should apply to, or if multiple network cards are not necessarily, remove or disable the additional adapters.
