The following error message is faced when clicking on finish button in Strategy Health Center Configuration Wizard:

The configuration of your Health Center encountered errors. Please reconfigure it. OpenServiceW failed. Error = : 6
CAUSE:
Strategy Health Center Configuration Wizard was not able to start the Strategy Health Agent service.
ACTION:
1. Validate whether the operating system user has privileges to start the Strategy Health Agent service via Microsoft Windows Services.
2. Attempt to run the Strategy Health Center Configuration Wizard by using the operating system user administrator
