SYMPTOM:
An orange triangle with an exclamation mark appears in the top right hand corner of the client application of Strategy Mobile 9.0.2:
When exploring the content of the error message, the following is shown:
Distribution Services content service metadata is not available.
CAUSE:
This issue is caused by disabling the Strategy Distribution Services option on the Intelligence Server side after installation.
ACTION:
The issue can be resolved by enabling the Strategy Scheduler, as documented in the following document:
KB33717 - Strategy Distribution Services cannot be turned off without stopping all other types of subscriptions.
