SYMPTOM:
The option "Compress Content" under Distribution Services is unavailable in Strategy Web. The screenshot below shows the expected behavior where the option to compress contents is available when creating a subscription.
CAUSE:
One of the possible causes of this issue can be a corrupted I-Server definition.
ACTION:
Create a new I-Server definition to resolve the issue. If creating a server definition is not possible, in certain cases, it would be possible to provide a workaround. Contact Strategy Technical Support with a copy of the metadata which is displaying the issue.
