SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Developer 9.4.x-10.x, user receives the error 'Cannot save, move or copy this User object because it has been changed in the Metadata' when attempting to append a user into a user group
 
CAUSE:
One of the possible causes of the issue is that the I-Server is in an inconsistent state.
 
ACTION:
Restart the I-Server to resolve the issue.
