KB36426: After upgrading to Adobe Flash version 10.1, Flash documents exported and displayed in a Sharepoint Web Part no longer loads in MicroStrategy Web 9.x.

SYMPTOM:
After upgrading from Adobe Flash version 10.0 to version 10.1 or 10.2, a Flash document exported from Strategy 9.x and displayed in a Sharepoint Web Part no longer loads. The same Flash export can be viewed outside the Web Part using the later Flash versions.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Export a Report Services document to Flash.
2. Place the .mht file in a network shared directory
3. Deploy a Strategy Web Part to Sharepoint 2007.
4. Edit the Web Part and set the source as the .mht file.
5. Open the page in a client machine with Flash Viewer 10.0. Notice the .mht loads.
6. Open the page in a client machine with Flash Viewer 10.1 or 10.2. Notice the .mht  does not load.

CAUSE:
This issue is caused by changes introduced in Adobe Flash Viewer 10.1.  It is not caused by Strategy Web.
 
ACTION:
Contact Adobe support for additional information.
 
WORKAROUNDS:
1. View the exported MHT file directly, outside of the Web Part.
2. Uninstall Adobe Flash 10.1 or 10.2 and install 10.0.

In Strategy versions 10.1 and newer Interactive adn Flash document view modes are deprecated.
