" Attempt to 'start' failed with error code -6 (0xFFFFFFFA)" error message appears when starting Master Health Agent or Health Agent on a UNIX/Linux machine.

SYMPTOM:

When the user starts Master Health Agent or Health Agent process on a UNIX/Linux machine, the error below occurs:


Error while trying to launch application:
There's an unhandled Java Exception
MSTRExec Info: MExec::ApplicationProxy_Impl::RunInternal: Attempt to 'start' failed with error code -6 (0xFFFFFFFA)
MSTRExec Info: Application is 'stopped'
MSTRExec Error: Exiting with error -6 (0xFFFFFFFA): MExec::ApplicationProxy_Impl::RunInternal: Attempt to 'start' failed with error code -6 (0xFFFFFFFA)

CAUSE:

This issue is due to the port configured for the Master Health Agent or Health Agent is used by other application on that machine.

ACTION:

This issue will be resolved by configuring the Master Health Agent or Health Agent on a different port, for example, 44430.
