KB36566: How to allow users to subscribe to history list only from MicroStrategy Developer 9.x and 10.x and not from MicroStrategy Web 9.x and 10.x?

Administrators might need to setup users such that they can only subscribe to history list from Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x but not from Strategy Web 9.x and 10.x. This can be achieved as follows from User Editor -> Project Access:
 

• Enable Common Privileges -> Schedule request
   
  

• Disable Web Reporter -> Web subscribe to history list
   
  

The user can now schedule delivery to history list from Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x:
 

 
However, the user does not see the Subscribe option from Strategy Web 9.x and 10.x:
 

 
Note: Currently, it is not possible to setup users such that they can only subscribe from Strategy Web 9.x and 10.x and not from Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x.
